Mentranova for practices and employers

The European platform for people who work with people.

Coaches, psychologists and therapists for your team or your employees, on a platform that runs in Europe and can prove it. Health data in Amsterdam, a data processing agreement before the first byte, no advertising model.

Organisation accounts in development, together with a small pilot group.

Under the hood

Application and database: AmsterdamRailway, EU West region. Messages, records and mood data live here, encrypted.
Company: Veldegem, BelgiumUnder the GDPR and the Belgian Data Protection Authority. No American parent company.
Analytics: FrankfurtPostHog Cloud EU. No message content, no mood data.
Three sub-processors in the USPhotos, email and error reporting, under SCCs. None of the three receives health data. We name them.

The full list, per data type, is on the page you forward to your DPO: mentranova.com/en/european-platform

Why it matters more here

For accounting software, "where does the data live" is a preference. For health data it is the first question.

What an employee tells a coach, what a client writes in a mood journal, which problem someone describes at intake: that is health data under Article 9 of the GDPR, the most protected category there is. A DPO, an occupational physician or a practice owner cannot send it to a platform without knowing which law it falls under and who can reach it.

Most coaching and therapy platforms an HR department comes across are American. That is not a verdict on their product; it is a question they cannot answer. We can, and we write it down so you can check it instead of taking our word.

What we learned

In conversations with practice owners and HR, "European" was not a plus. It was the condition for starting the conversation at all. Our summary of those conversations, 2026. No named testimonial: we do not put a quote on this page we are not allowed to publish.

Two kinds of organisation

Practices and employers, with the same answer to the data question

For practices

Psychologists, therapists and coaches who want to work as a team on one platform, with their own clients.

  • Your clients stay yours. No marketplace that refers them elsewhere; the platform is the workspace, not the middleman.
  • Messages, goals and assignments encrypted, separated per client by the database itself, not only by the application.
  • Diploma verification and badges for every practitioner, visible to clients without the document itself being shared.
  • No commission on sessions. The rate belongs to the practitioner; we take none of it.
  • Does your practice distribute new intakes internally? That is a separate pilot: Mentranova for practices (Dutch).

For employers and HR

Organisations that want to give employees access to a coach or psychologist without sitting inside the record themselves.

  • The employer never sees who. No names, no conversations, no mood data. Aggregated numbers at most, and for small teams not even those.
  • Certified professionals, verified by diploma (psychologists, therapists) or accreditation (ICF, EMCC, AC, NBHWC for coaches).
  • Matching on the employee's own story, not on a list they have to pick from. A proposal within minutes, no waiting list.
  • Crisis goes to people, not to a chatbot. Anyone in acute distress gets helplines and a human route, never a paywall.
  • One data processing agreement, one point of contact, security questions answered in writing.

Honest about where we are

What exists today, and what we build with the pilot group

We do not put features on this page that do not exist yet, and no date we cannot keep.

Exists today

The platform itself

  • App for clients (iOS and Android) and a web platform for professionals
  • Matching on the request for help, encrypted messages, goals, assignments and a mood journal
  • Diploma verification and accreditation badges for professionals
  • Hosting and storage in Amsterdam, data processing agreement on request
  • Individual professionals and clients can start today
With the pilot group

Organisation accounts

  • A practice or employer as one customer: invitations, one invoice
  • Aggregated numbers for the organisation, with the privacy rules above as a hard limit
  • Practice management: which practitioner sees what, inside the team
  • Whatever else the pilot group needs; that is why we start with a small group

Put your organisation on the list

We are building organisation accounts with a small group of practices and employers. Leave your details and we will get in touch as soon as there is room. No sales call: we want to know what you need.

We use these details only to contact you about the pilot. No resale, and one email is enough to unsubscribe. More in our privacy policy.

Questions we expect

The platform itself: clients find and talk to coaches, psychologists and therapists in the app, professionals work through the web platform, and messages, goals and the mood journal are stored encrypted in Amsterdam. What does not exist yet are organisation accounts: a team or an employer as one customer, with invitations, one invoice and aggregated numbers. We are building that with a pilot group.
No. An organisation gets aggregated numbers at most, never names, conversation content or mood data. For small teams we also do not show counts that could be traced to one person. This is fixed before organisation accounts exist, not a setting added afterwards.
Because it is health data, Article 9 of the GDPR. For accounting software, where the data lives is a preference; for an employee's mood journal it is the first question the DPO or the occupational physician asks. We run in the EU (Amsterdam), are a Belgian company and name every sub-processor on the page for your DPO.
For the pilot group we decide that together. What is fixed: no commission on sessions, no advertising model, and the coach or psychologist sets their own session rate. We only put a per-organisation price on this page once it is right.
Here, if you want to work on the platform as a team. If your question is specifically about distributing new intakes inside the practice, also look at the practices page (Dutch); that is a separate pilot.
Yes. The app is free for clients and works today. What an organisation account adds is that the employer or practice handles it as one customer, not that the employee gets something different. Want to see it first: download the app.
