The same privacy, on every device
The web app runs on the same European platform as the app: hosted in the EU, messages encrypted at rest, and your health data only with your consent. In the browser your session lives in a secure cookie, never in browser storage.

Do I need to install anything to use the web app?
No. The web app runs in your browser at app.mentranova.com. A recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari is enough. For a video call your browser asks for access to your camera and microphone.
Is it the same account as in the app?
Yes. You sign in with the same e-mail address, or with Google or Apple. Your conversations, sessions and progress are on both.
Does the web app work on my phone?
The web app is made for a computer or laptop. On a small screen it sends you to the app, because that works better there. A video call does open from the link in your e-mail, in your phone’s browser too.
How does a video call work?
Your specialist schedules a session with you. At the agreed time you open the session in the web app or click the link in your e-mail. There is nothing to download.
Does the web app cost extra?
No. The web app is part of the same account. MentraNova is free for clients, apart from the optional AI coach. Professionals pay only the subscription to message clients, and it covers both.
Which languages does the web app support?
Dutch, English, French and German. You choose the language in your settings, just as in the app.
