I work with software engineers and developers at different stages of their careers. People come to me when they feel stuck, are facing a career decision, or know something needs to change but cannot name what. I do not give advice or tell you what to do. I ask questions that help you think more clearly about your own situation. My role is to make that thinking easier, not to direct it. What makes my work different is my background. I spent 8 years building software systems alongside developers and engineering teams. I know the environment, the pressures, and the decisions that come with working in tech. You do not have to explain the context from scratch. I work within International Coaching Federation standards. Sessions are driven entirely by what you bring, not a predetermined structure or agenda.
