Over

I don’t think you should want less. I think you should be able to want big things without your whole life burning down in the process. I call that sustainable ambition, and it’s what I coach. As a transition and leadership coach, I work with people at a turning point: stepping into a bigger role, changing careers, starting over in a new country, coming back from burnout, or just that feeling that the current setup isn’t it anymore. My clients want big things, and my job is to help them get there in a way that sticks. Sessions are a mix of honest conversations, plenty of laughter, and something concrete to take away every time. If that's you, I'd love to talk.
