Personal Guidance for Healing, Growth & Self-Discovery I accompany women and men on a journey of emotional healing, personal growth, and deeper self-discovery. My approach combines Jungian Shadow Work, Buddhist and Zen wisdom, emotional work, psychodrama, and soul-map reading to explore inner patterns, life purpose, gifts, and personal direction. My own journey of working with my shadows taught me that the parts of ourselves we fear or reject can become gateways to healing, freedom, and transformation. I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space, moving at the pace of each person. Every journey is unique, and I believe meaningful change begins when we are willing to truly listen to ourselves.
