I'm what you'd call a practical woo-woo person for high achieving professionals who are successful in parts of their life, and quietly stuck in others. 16 years in corporate recruitment (Tesla, Airbnb, ExxonMobil), seven years as a people manager. Also a certified Zen-Shiatsu therapist, Reiki Master, and Tibetan Medicine practitioner. Specialities: Stress and burnout, career transitions, leadership development, work-life integration, energetic pattern coaching, somatic awareness, people management, performance coaching Approach: I work at the cross-roads of Western data-driven thinking and energetic pattern work. We start rational, then go deeper. My talent is making the complex simple and actionable.
